Hello Fellow Kingfishers & Garden Suburb FC Supporters! 

Next Saturday the team from Bunnings Glendale are hosting our club for one of their Sausage Sizzle Fundraisers. 


These fundraisers have proved incredibly successful for many community groups, and we hope ours is no different! The success on the day will all depend on the support leading up to and including the event itself – so how can you help? 

VOLUNTEER:
In addition to the BBQ & Food Area, we also have a table set up inside the doors where we are able to promote our club and raise further funds by selling raffle tickets. In total, we have at least 10 volunteer spots left to fill for the day. These vary from 1 to 3 hour slots and are either at the promotional table or in the BBQ area assisting with serving our supporters, food prep, payments or cooking. Anyone over the age of 12 is eligible to volunteer, however only adults are permitted to cook on the BBQ. Our first volunteer shifts commence at 8am with the last finishing at 5pm and you can view all positions we are needing to fill as well as secure your spot by clicking here.

DONATE:
If you can’t assist on the day, donations towards the day would be greatly appreciated. We need to purchase a range of supplies for the day including:
- up to 50 loaves of bread
- up to 500 cans of drink
- up to 10 litres of condiments
- up to 25kg of onions (we also need to chop them if you can assist with that task)
- Cleaning Supplies (hand wash, paper towel and detergents)
- Heat Proof Gloves
- Food Grade Storage Containers
- Coolers to utilise for the day with ice to keep our supplies cold
- Prizes for our raffle

ONLINE AND IN PERSON SUPPORT:
Come along on the day and but a sausage sizzle from our volunteers, bring along your family and friends too! We will be posting about the event via our social media channels (facebook and instagram) and would appreciate it if you could spread the word.
